Southwest Housing will provide the homes and services that you would expect from those large corporate chains, but at better prices.

We don't have the unnecessary expenses of massive advertising campaigns, share holder profits and vice president's salaries added onto the prices of our homes.

Choose from two of the most established off site builders in the business. Oak Creek Homes has a national reputation for building with site-built construction features. The modular homes that we have available are also built by Oak Creek. Modular homes can be placed in any residential neighborhood.

Both of these factories have excellent service departments that allow our dealership to provide emergency service through local contractors.

Southwest Housing has more financing packages available than other dealers. We are the oldest land/home financing dealer in the Southwest!
