Leveling

make sure your home is level, and that it will stay that way. |

Tie-downs
If your site
is in a coded area, your home will be anchored with steel augers that surpass all
manufacturer specifications. This assures the safety and stability of your new home. |

Adjustments
After your
home is installed, trained professionals check all windows and doors for proper operation. |

Inspections and Walk-Through
It’s time to check out your new Oak Creek Home. You’ll even get a Satisfaction
Checklist to fill in and mail back to the factory. You’ll also be given a factory
phone number to call should your home need any adjustments in the future. We know
