Creek installs the same electrical system, parts, and components as
high quality site-built homes unlike the "clamp on" system
used in many mobile homes. We use copper wiring, no
aluminum. Steel plates and pro-sleeves protect all wires
through wall studs from accidental damage or nail and screw
penetration. An eight wire thermostat cord from the furnace accommodates
various air conditioning units, heat pumps, and/or special feature
thermostats. Oak Creek installs extra receptacles where you
need them. Light fixtures are all glass, not plastic, and
lights turn on quietly with premium "Rocker Switches".
A circuit breaker panel box is conveniently located, There's
